Man UNcivilized works with a fulfillment partner to print apparel and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. 

Fulfillment and shipping can sometimes take a little bit longer than usual, but your order will reach you.

When will I get my order?

You will receive an email order confirmation upon completing your transaction.

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed & fulfilled, you'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number that will give you an estimated delivery date.

Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Books are fulfilled within 1-2 business days, after which they're shipped out.

It can take 2-7 business days to fulfill swag (clothing or merch), after which it's shipped out.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer you the lowest shipping rates available to us by our fulfilment partner. It's usually around $5-$9 for domestic orders and $9-$25 for international orders, but prices can vary due to order weight and shipping destination. You can start the checkout process to see exactly how much your order will cost to ship.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in the United States.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

• Ask your local post office if they have your package.

• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—I​f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@manuncivilized.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
